Our Process is to establish the current number of extensions and lines you have and hear your projections for growth in order to custom design to fit your current and future needs. We will discuss how the system will be configured and what the call flow will look like. Then give you suggested scripts for announcements (or even record those for you) to build your custom PBX system.
As part of the configuration process, we will help decide if you need to add wiring or reconfigure your office network. We recommend that each phone has a dedicated ethernet cable which runs to a central location. This enables us to power the phones remotely.
We will also discuss the router your office uses. In many cases we recommend a new router – as this allows us to remotely program and troubleshoot the phone system – as well as program it to use QoS (Quality of Service) which prioritizes Voip calls over internet traffic.
